S5870-48T6BC-U, a next-gen L3 switch with 48x 10/100/1000BASE-T ports, 4x 10G/25G SFP28 uplinks and 2x 100G QSFP28 ports. It supports IEEE 802.3at and 802.3bt. Running on PicOS® with a perpetual license, it supports OpenFlow, MLAG, BGP, and OSPF, EVPN-VXLAN without requiring additional licenses, and includes five years of hardware and software support.
The switch is managed by the AmpCon-Campus Management Platform, which offers automated Zero Touch Provisioning (ZTP), real-time telemetry monitoring, topology auto-discovery, and automated lifecycle management with 1, 3, or 5 years of service. AmpCon-Campus automates routine workflows, minimizing downtime and manual interventions to enable efficient orchestration and management of highly-available networks at scale. Therefore, S5870-48T6BC-U is well-suited for enterprise campus, hospitality, and retail applications, facilitating seamless interconnection of Wi-Fi 6 access points, VoIP phones, IP cameras, security systems, and sensors.
